I got this basket recently, or maybe it was a little longer ago, I forget—but overall it was good. Most of the snacks tasted fresh and were really enjoyable. There was one cheese that seemed kind of bland to me, though not bad enough to ruin anything. I’d still say it was a tasty basket overall.

"Mostly Good, Just One Mix-Up"
My basket arrived on time, and most of the items were exactly what I ordered. One snack was replaced with something else, which was a bit frustrating because it was meant to be part of a gift. I get that substitutions happen sometimes, but it seems reasonable to expect the order to match what was selected, especially for something like that. Overall, not a big problem, but I do wish they were a little more careful.

"Nice basket, but the swaps were kind of disappointing"
I ordered this basket for a birthday, and to be fair, it did arrive right on time! The overall presentation was nice, but a few of the items had been substituted. Some of the replacements were fine, but others felt a bit cheaper than what I expected. It wasn’t terrible or anything... just a little disappointing considering the price.

"Freshness was a little all over the place"
I ordered a gift basket from gourmetgiftbaskets.com and it did arrive on the day they said it would, so that part was fine, and some of the stuff was actually good like the cookies and popcorn, but then a couple of the other items tasted a little stale, not awful or anything, just not as fresh as I was hoping.
For what it cost I expected everything to feel a bit nicer and fresher, my family still ended up eating most of it because it wasn’t bad, but I don’t think I’d order that same basket again unless I knew it had been packed recently.

The packaging was awful. The box was already falling apart when it arrived, and when I reached out about it, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. Disappointing experience overall.

"Solid choice for office gifts"
I used GourmetGiftBaskets.com to send out holiday gifts to a few clients, and overall it went smoothly. Most of the baskets showed up on time and looked nice from what I heard. One tracking link was kind of confusing, which made me a little nervous because I’m always skeptical about having to deal with customer service. To be fair, support did help get it sorted out. It was an easy enough process, and I’d probably use them again.

I was really excited to check these out, but the selection felt limited. The baskets themselves look nice, and I don’t have any issue with that, I just expected more variety. A lot of the options seemed too similar, so there wasn’t much that really stood out to me

"Tracking was basically no help"
The tracking updates were useless. The notifications showed up way too late, and I kept having to check on it myself because I had no idea where the gift was. I don’t have the patience for guessing when something is supposed to be simple. Frustrating overall.

"Decent basket, but it felt a little rushed"
The basket was okay overall, but it didn’t look as nicely put together as I expected. A few of the items seemed kind of shoved in, and the ribbon was loose, like not a ton of care went into the presentation. It wasn’t awful or anything, and it still worked as a gift, but for the price I do think they could’ve made it look a bit nicer.

"Pretty easy site to use, honestly"
I used gourmetgiftbaskets.com to send a gift, and I’ll admit it was easier than I expected. The categories were laid out in a way that actually made sense, and checkout didn’t drag on forever. I did have to go back a couple times to compare different baskets, which was a little irritating, but not a huge deal. Overall, it worked fine and I got the order placed without much hassle

The basket was actually nice, which almost makes it more frustrating that it showed up three days after the party. Support kept giving me vague updates that didn’t really help, so I was just left waiting and stressing. If you don’t need it by a specific date, I guess it’s fine, but for an event? Not worth the hassle.

"Nice-looking basket, but not worth the stress"
I thought this snack basket would be an easy little gift, but it ended up being way more stressful than expected. It looked great online, so I was disappointed when it arrived and the crackers tasted stale. One of the bags of nuts also had that old, sitting-on-a-shelf-too-long flavor, which was embarrassing since I had planned to share it.
The chocolate was melted and stuck all over the wrappers too, so it just felt messy and cheap. For what I paid, I really expected fresher snacks and better packaging. Instead, I had to deal with the hassle of a bad gift and the frustration of feeling like I wasted my money. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered from gourmetgiftbaskets after poking around a few other gift sites, and their prices looked better than most. I wasn’t trying to spend a small fortune on a basket, so that definitely got my attention.
Some of the baskets are still a little pricey, because apparently snacks in a basket can add up fast, but for what came with it, it felt fair. The only thing that made me pause was the shipping cost, which wasn’t exactly a bargain, so I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall, it ended up being a solid deal and the gift looked really nice when it arrived. I’d use them again, especially if there’s a sale or coupon floating around, because who doesn’t love feeling like they beat the system a little?

There were a lot of baskets to choose from, which was nice at first. But after looking through them for a while, I started feeling like half of them were basically the same thing with tiny changes. It’s not bad, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to find something that actually feels different

"Refund was way harder than it should’ve been"
I ordered a gift and it showed up wrong/damaged, so I asked for a refund thinking it would be straightforward. Instead, support kept trying to push a replacement on me, which was frustrating because I really just wanted my money back at that point.
The replacement ended up taking forever too, and I had to keep following up by email just to get any update. What annoyed me most was that there was basically no human contact, no real person to talk to, no phone call, just back-and-forth messages that felt like canned responses.
By the end, it felt like they were making the refund process difficult on purpose. Super annoying experience, and I wouldn’t order from them again.
